| Phase contrast microscopy sequence of U373 cells|https://zenodo.org/record/2535675|O. Debeir | January 8, 2019| |Cell cultures in Falcon plastic dishes maintained at 37 C° were observed and recorded automatically every 4 min. The images were acquired under a phase-contrast microscope (Olympus, model IX50, magnification ratio 10:1), with a charge-coupled device video camera (Hitachi Denshi, modelKP-M1E/K-S10) coupled with an acquisition board (32-bits Matrix Vision PC-GRAB-GI frame grabber). The image dimensions are 700 500 pixels (with a pixel resolution of 0.92µm at the magnification ratio abovementioned) discretized on 256 gray levels (8 bits/pixel). The images are compressed using jpeg compression.| CC-BY 4.0 |

|ULB17-VT| https://zenodo.org/record/2557535|O. Debeir, F. Almasri|February 5, 2019| |This dataset includes Thermal-Visual images with the same aligned geometry taking by FLIR-E60 camera. Images are of size (320 x 240) pixel resolution with 0.05◦C thermal sensitivity and −20◦C to 650◦C. Thermal images were extracted in their raw format and logged in 16-bit float per-pixel in one channel. The acquisition was made in different scenes and different environments (indoor and outdoor, during winter and summer and with static and moving objects). Thermal and RGB images were manually extracted and annotated with a total of 570 pairs in the original paper. Due to European regulations about data and privacy protection, Images shows identified faces were excluded from this published version. This published benchmark has 404 pair of images, divided into 280 training samples, 78 validation validation samples and 46 testing samples.|CC-BY 4.0 |
