Problem: Clipboard export of Authority Records in XML format results in CSV output

Current Behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Add an authority record to the clipboard
2. Go to clipboard
3. Toggle entity type to "Authority record"
4. Click "Export" from the bottom of the page
5. Toggle format to "XML"
6. Click "Export"
7. When the export job has finished, click "Download"
8. The output is a .csv file contained within a ZIP file, not XML

Tested in: AtoM 2.8.1, 2.9.2, and 2.10.0

Expected Behavior

As per the documentation in AtoM's user manual here, users should be able to export authority records from the clipboard in XML format. XML can be exported directly from an authority record page by clicking "EAC" under the Export area on the right hand side.
