Save procedure

Make clear to the user what is currently saved or not in the project. For instance, when adding annotations, at the moment "saving annotations to file" adds them to the volume in the project interface but it's not saved in the project.

We should have:

• autosave option -> save all changes to project, volumes, annotations directly
• mark as unsaved -> show when there are some things unsaved in the project.
